Fighters, Referee, Doctor and Fighters Corner can stop the match
All bouts are scored on the ten point must system
Doctor must approve all competitors
All bouts consist of three, 3-minute rounds for Amateur and three 5-minute rounds for Professional
Competitors must be 18 years of age

Illegal Techniques
- Violation of any of the following rules will result in point deduction or disqualification
- Head Butts
- Groin strikes or kicks
- Strikes to the neck, spine or back of head
- Knees to the back of the head
- Hair pulling or biting
- Eye gouging
- Grabbing the fence or poles
- The use of any foreign substance
- Fish hooking
- Small joint manipulation
- Knees to the head on the ground
- Foot stomping opponent while opponent is on the ground
- Striking with the point of elbow
Legal Techniques
- Open or closed hand striking or kicking to the head while standing
- Open or closed hand striking to the body and legs while standing
- Knees to the head, body and legs (NO knees to the head while on the ground)
- Striking on the ground is legal (NO striking to the back of the head)
- Submissions including but not limited to; arm bars, leg locks, chokes etc.
- Foot stomping while standing
If a competitor becomes unbalanced or dizzy due to a blow or kick the referee will stop the match
The fighter MUST obey the referee and abide by the rules at all times or face a point deduction or disqualification
If the match goes to the ground there will be no stalling and will stay on the ground at the discretion of the referee
